Anime Shop Simulator release date

Anime Shop Simulator’s full Steam release is 11 September 2026. One More Time posted that date in Steam news in early August 2026 (“Gather Your Crew”) after months of storefront copy that only said 2026. Until Steam’s store label changes, this wiki treats 11 September 2026 as the launch day for the complete Windows build, not as a date that already passed.

You can play before then. A free demo (app 3444070) has been available since 19 February 2026. Closed and open playtests existed around the 2025 reveal. None of those are the 1.0 launch. If a video title says “full game” in March 2026, it is wrong.

Platform: Steam, Windows, 64-bit

The listed platform is PC via Steam. Minimum specs published on the store: Windows 10 64-bit, Intel Core i3 3.0 GHz or Ryzen 3xxx, 8 GB RAM, GTX 960 4 GB, DirectX 11, 10 GB storage. Recommended specs were not fully filled on public listings we used. Steam Deck compatibility is Unknown. There is no confirmed PlayStation, Xbox, or Switch release in the materials this wiki is built from. “PS5 when?” comments under trailers are wishes, not announcements.

Details and a pre-flight checklist live on system requirements. If your machine fails the minimum, the demo is the honest test — not a YouTuber’s 4K overlay.

Price, editions, pre-order

Public store copy at the time of writing did not lock a price. There is no deluxe edition table to reprint. Wishlist the app so Steam emails you when a price tag appears. Do not buy keys from a reseller “for launch day” months out; wait for the official store. There are no promo codes to stack — see codes.

Pre-order bonuses have not been announced in the sources we trust (Steam news, studio Twitter, Discord). If they appear, this page should gain a dated subsection. Until then, the only “bonus” is demo hours in your muscle memory.

Languages at launch

Steam lists on the order of 15 interface/subtitle languages, including English, French, Italian, German, Spanish (Spain), Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Russian, Turkish, Czech, Polish, and Latin American Spanish. This fan wiki is English, French, German, and Spanish only. In-game language and wiki language are not the same list.

What “11 September” should include

Studio marketing for the full game, compared with the demo, points at:

• A larger license and furniture catalog than the demo’s short list
• The complete event layer (signings, tournaments, festivals) — previewed in events
• Customization (shop name, wallpaper, decorations) at full depth
• Online co-op for up to four, with the server-create fixes already discussed in 2026 notes
• PvP TCG plus collection display
• Special clients and age-restricted ID checks

That is a promise list, not a patch note. Use the demo to learn the hands. Use this page to know when the catalog is supposed to stop being a subset.

How to prepare in the weeks before launch

1. Finish at least one honest demo shift using getting started and controls.
2. Agree co-op roles with anyone you will play with on day one.
3. Confirm PCs against system requirements.
4. Join Discord and wishlist so you see the Steam unlock, not a rumor screenshot.
5. Skim demo notes the week of launch for last-minute netcode or save warnings.

If the date slips, Steam’s storefront is the authority. This page should follow Steam, not a Discord joke.
